Before sending a request.

Where do I manage my subscription?+

WordPress subscriptions are managed through the Freemius customer route. Shopify subscriptions remain in Shopify. Marketplace orders use the ConfigUX account area.

Can I send product files?+

Yes. Use the enterprise form for project material or contact us first if the files contain confidential information.

How do I report a privacy or security issue?+

Email info@configux.com with “Privacy” or “Security” in the subject. Do not include passwords, API keys or other secrets.
