Which plan should I choose?

What can I do during the 14-day trial?
Your 14-day free trial includes the Starter plan. No credit card required. Start with a template, add your product choices and preview your configurator. Our step-by-step guides show you how to prepare your files, build your configurator and install it on your website.

Can I use ConfigUX on my own website?
Yes. Use the ConfigUX plugin on WordPress and WooCommerce, or embed the Player on Shopify and other websites. Player embeds support quotes and PDFs. The Shopify app and cart connection are coming soon.
What counts as a configurator visit?
A visit is one customer opening and using your configurator. Clicks and option changes during that visit are not counted separately. Starter includes 20,000 monthly visits, Growth 100,000 and Scale 500,000.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Choose a higher plan when you need more included capacity. Each plan has its own limits, with no separate capacity packs or automatic paid expansion. For requirements beyond Scale, talk to us about an enterprise setup.
Do you take a share of our sales?
No. ConfigUX has a 0% revenue fee. You keep every sale.
Can you build my configurator for me?
Yes. With 360 Service, we can create 2D and 3D assets, set up your product choices and handle website integration. We agree the project scope and software subscription separately.
