What happens after I join Early Access?+
You choose a time for a focused ConfigUX walkthrough. We use the meeting to understand your selected software route, product and WordPress or WooCommerce setup. Booking the demo does not start the trial or create a payment.
Do the software products include a free trial?+
Yes. 3D Gallery Configurator and 2D/3D Product Configurator each include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required and no automatic charge is created.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Choose a paid subscription before the 14-day trial ends to continue using paid features. Without a purchase, paid features are disabled while your configurators and customer data are retained.
Why do Shopify and API / Other say Pre-sign up?+
Those platform releases are further away. Pre-sign up records the selected product and platform so we can contact you when there is a relevant next step; it does not create an account, trial, subscription or payment.
What does Auto Mapping Beta mean?+
ConfigUX can suggest a structure for supported 2D and 3D products. You review the suggestions before using them; it is not a guaranteed finished mapping of every file.
Do you take a share of our sales?+
No. ConfigUX has a 0% revenue fee. You keep every sale and pay only the software subscription for the product and billing period you choose.
Can 360 Service start now?+
Yes, for scoped WordPress and WooCommerce projects. We take on a limited number of 360 Service projects at a time. Shopify and API / Other can pre-sign up.
