About ConfigUX

Easier to use.Easier to buy.Easier to sell.

The UX in ConfigUX stands for user experience. For three years and counting, we have worked to make complex product configuration easier for buyers and sales teams – without taking away the tools needed to sell well.

Where it started

Built from practical product configuration.

ConfigUX grew out of the day-to-day work of building a furniture business around configurable products. We experienced the challenge from several sides: as buyers of configurator software, as sellers using it with customers and as the team looking for capabilities that existing tools did not provide.

We had to turn product knowledge into reliable choices, visuals and sales flows. That experience showed us that good configuration is not only about impressive technology. It has to be understandable for the buyer and practical for the people who sell and maintain the product.

What we believe

Simple outside.
Structured inside.

An exceptional product experience should work for both the customer making the choice and the team maintaining it.

01

Clear for buyers

Show the product, remove invalid choices and make the next step obvious.

02

Practical for sellers

Reuse product knowledge instead of explaining and rebuilding the same offer every time.

03

Easy to manage

Keep configuration, content and sales routes understandable for the people who update them.

04

Ready to grow

Start with one real product and expand when the buying flow has proved its value.

From service work to one platform

Built once. Managed in one place.

For more than three years, we have delivered layered 2D assets, 3D models and bespoke configurator implementations. That work showed us how quickly separate solutions become difficult to maintain when product data, visuals and sales logic must be updated differently for WordPress, Shopify and custom websites.

ConfigUX brings that experience into one scalable platform. A small shop can begin with one real product, while larger teams can expand across more products, websites and workflows. Options, rules, visuals and sales routes are maintained in one place and published through the WordPress plugin or Player embed, with custom integrations scoped when needed.
