Website and Service Terms
Basic terms for use of the ConfigUX website, access requests, trials and marketplace routes.
Last updated: 1 August 20261. Company
The ConfigUX website and services are operated by Unika Design ApS, CVR 44163578, Rebekkavej 59, st. 2, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark. Contact: info@configux.com.
2. Website use
You may use the public website and free browser tools for lawful evaluation and business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, misuse another party’s data or upload material you are not entitled to use.
Public examples are illustrative unless explicitly identified as customer cases. Product information and availability may change as ConfigUX develops.
3. Access, plans and trials
Joining Early Access only requests a notification about the selected release. It does not create an account, trial, paid subscription or permission for unrelated marketing.
At launch, Standard is EUR 59 per month for up to 10 configurators on one production site. Pro is EUR 149 per month for up to 50 configurators on one production site. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Standard and Pro each include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required and there is no automatic charge. You must choose and purchase Standard or Pro before the trial ends to continue using paid features. Without a purchase, the installation returns to Free. Existing configurators and customer data are retained, while paid features are disabled.
The first release does not include annual billing, lifetime plans, launch discounts or coupons. Because the paid plan follows a risk-free trial, paid software purchases are not normally refunded. Erroneous payments, duplicate payments and any mandatory legal rights are handled separately. The exact amount, renewal date, cancellation route and applicable billing terms are shown before purchase.
Software subscriptions and licences may be administered through the provider named in the applicable checkout and order confirmation once purchasing is available. 360 Service begins under a separate written proposal, scope or order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, implementation is not included in a standard software subscription.
4. Marketplace orders and payment
The ConfigUX marketplace is used for approved one-off downloads, add-ons and fixed-scope services. Prices are shown in the stated currency and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added or handled according to the checkout and customer location.
Delivery, cancellation, refund and licence conditions are displayed with the relevant product or order. Digital delivery may begin immediately after purchase where you expressly request this and applicable consumer law allows it.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of product data, images, 3D files, prices, claims and other material you provide. You are also responsible for testing your configured product, commerce data and checkout before publishing changes to customers.
6. Intellectual property
ConfigUX software, website design, documentation and brand elements are protected by intellectual property law. Access does not transfer ownership. Your right to install or use software follows the applicable plan, licence and order confirmation.
You retain rights in material you provide. You grant us the limited right to process that material only as needed to deliver the requested evaluation, service or support.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and services available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work and product updates may affect availability. Material changes to a paid service are handled under the applicable subscription or enterprise agreement.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ConfigUX is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss caused by incorrect customer data, untested configuration rules, third-party platforms or unauthorised use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Law and disputes
These website terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes are otherwise handled by the competent Danish courts unless mandatory law provides another venue.
